摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the direct taking of gas into a treating tank is difficult and a device requires scale increase and cost increase since the melting liq. of ozone, etc., is treated under pressure at post stage in the case when waste liq. treatment by ozone, magnetized air, etc., is executed under high pressure environment. SOLUTION: A plurality of mixing chambers 10 having an open port 11a are stacked on the inside of a treating tank 1, and an agitating means 7 by the rotational agitation of a disk shaped body 70 and a cavitation generating means 8 are arranged in each mixing chamber. An inlet pipe 2 provided with an inflow amount regulating valve 20 and an outlet pipe 3 provided with an outflow amount regulating valve 30 are connected to the vessel and also a water feed pump 4 is communicatingly connected between an inlet part 21 to the treating tank and the inflow amount regulating valve. Moreover, an intake port 22 is opened at the intake side of the feed pump, and the inside of the treating tank is kept in a pressurized state by the reduction of outflow amount by the outflow amount regulating valve and the feed pressure of the water feed pump, and also gas is directly taken into the treating tank from the intake port by reducing the inflow amount by the inflow amount regulating valve.
