PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rotation of a clasp operating member by use of an imitation handle or a similar tool. SOLUTION: The operation shaft 37b of a handle 37 having a key projection 38 and fitting hole 39 to be fitted to a key groove formed on an operation hole 19a and a fitting pin 21 respectively, is inserted to the operation hole 19a exposed by opening a cover 28 and then rotated, whereby the locking of the tip of a stopper 25 to the recessed groove 26 of a case member 2 is released so that the rotation of the clasp operating member 19 by handle operation can be performed.
