PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally prevent supply of a driving medium unused on the handpiece side into a passage inside a handpiece mounting hose so as to reduce deterioration in durability of the passage and so as to facilitate replacement of a handpiece changed according to each of treatment purposes. SOLUTION: This dental treatment unit is provided with a dental treatment unit side unit side connection member 19 supplying driving medium and a hose side connection member 7 arranged in on end of a handpiece mounting hose 6 so as to be connected freely removably to the unit side connection member 19. Positions of all the driving medium passages arranged in the hose side connection member 7 are matched with a driving medium passage arranged in the unit side connection member 19, and the sorts of the passages are equalized or reduced.
