PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cam device which need not design a cam slide, etc., from the beginning for each work, and can shorten the design time, and need not prepare any materials for the cam slide in various modes in advance, and can considerably shorten the days for manufacture after the design. SOLUTION: A plurality of basic design data of a cam device 1 designed for a basic element of a cam slide 3, one basic design data is selected from a plurality of basic design data based on the objective cam slide 3, correction based on the objective cam slide 3 is added to the selected basic design data to obtain the final design data, and the cam device 1 is manufactured based on this final design data.
