PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a trouble that a piezoelectric sensor used for detecting pinching is composed of polyvinylidene fluoride and has no high-temperature durability in conventional devices, and to solve a trouble that a complicated vulcanization process is required in the piezoelectric sensor in which a piezoelectric ceramic powder is dispersed in a rubber organic polymer. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor 3 for detecting pinching has a composite piezoelectric body layer composed of a mixed composition containing amorphous chlorinated polyethylene and crystalline chlorinated polyethylene and a piezoelectric ceramic powder and a plurality of electrodes pinching the composite piezoelectric body layer. Accordingly, sensibility is not deteriorated even at a high temperature of 80-100 deg.C or higher in the piezoelectric sensor 3, and a complicated manufacturing process such as vulcanization is made unnecessary, and the pinching detector having high reliability and practicability can be realized. |
