PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a transfer sheet both of which are used in a decoration method utilizing membrane press molding and can efficiently prevent the generation of pattern elongation, whitening or gloss irregularity caused by local elongation and the decoration method using both sheets. SOLUTION: A layer 1 containing a slip agent is provided to the surface on the side coming into contact with a membrane sheet at least at the time of membrane press molding of a decorative sheet or transfer sheet.
