PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the combustion control of a carbon black production plant, which enables the stabilization of the operation of a hot air- generating oven, the prevention in the generation of flameout due to imperfect combustion and the reduction in the cost of a fuel in the carbon black production plant in which a gas by-produced on the production of the carbon black by an oil furnace method is charged into the hot air-generating oven together with an auxiliary fuel oil and air and then burnt to generate the hot air which is used as a heat source for carbon black dryers. SOLUTION: The characteristic of the method for controlling the combustion of the carbon black production plant is to constantly control the total amount of the by-produced gas flow and air flow and the temperature of the combustion gas in the hot air-generating oven, respectively.
