PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby walker which has the improvement in safety by preventing a sudden drop of a frame when the walker is folded and which can make a smooth and appropriate movement. SOLUTION: A frame 3 is so supported as to be adjustable in height against a base 1 through a link mechanism. This baby walker is provided with a first lock mechanism for adjusting the height of the frame 3 against the base 1 and holding the frame 3 at that height and a deceleration mechanism installed in a slide guide section for slidably supporting one end of a link of the link mechanism. When the frame 3 drops, the dropping speed is reduced by the deceleration mechanism which generates energizing force to the end 6b of a link 6 in the opposite direction from the folding direction of the link mechanism when the end 6b of the link 6 passes through a narrow part 22.
