METHOD FOR CONNECTING AIR DUCT OF GAS TURBINE ENGINE AND ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting method of air ducts without using a screw, durable against a thermal expansion difference while supporting the air ducts. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine, a connection assembly 54 to connect the rear end part of the air duct 42 to the rear shaft 32 of a compressor contains a holding ring 56 disposed in the central opening hole 46 of the compressor rear shaft 32. The hold ring 56 is provided with a first set tub 62 extending in an axial direction and the air duct 42 has a second set tub 68 extending in an axial direction from a rear end part. The rear end part of the air duct 42 is disposed in the opening hole 46 and the first set tub 62 is positioned in relation to the hold ring 56 so as to mesh with the second set tub 68.
