PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal capable of assuring a sufficient adhering power for a long period of time, being suitable for a packaging bag stored in a refrigerator and further capable of supporting each of peeling-off pieces by a high adhering power. SOLUTION: There is provided a seal in which a seal main body 11 made of a polyester film is formed with slits 12, a plurality of peeling-off pieces 13 that can be raised are arranged in their overlapped state, the seal main body 11 and the rear surfaces of the peeling-off pieces 13 are provided with adhesive 14. This seal is adhered to the surface of a food packaging bag and used for sealing folded openings of the bag. The extremity end portion 13a of each of the peeling-off pieces 13 is applied as a non-adhering part and the extremity end portion 13a is raised to cause the peeling-off pieces 13 to be adhered to the opening of the folded bag.
