PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly adjust the position of a support part of a support device in a simple manipulation in the support device for a movable headrest, a back side support, a cushion side support, etc. SOLUTION: A ratchet mechanism 20 is formed of a ratchet member 21 provided in the support, a support bracket 22 provided at the fixing side, and a pole 23 having a claw 231 for engaging with a ratchet gear 211 of the ratchet member 21. A pin 31 is fixed to the pole 23 of the ratchet mechanism 20 and an unlocking wire 30 is connected to the pin 31. The ratchet gear 211 is disengaged from the claw 231 of the pole 23 by drawing the unlocking wire 30.
