SOLUTION: A cross member part 6 where the shaft end side of a head rest stay 2 protruded downward from a shaft receiving part 3 of a frame upper part 4 faces at an interval from that is provided to be stretched on a frame side part 5 as an impact receiving part for the right and the left head rest stay 2.
