PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker capable of obtaining coffee which tastes good even after warming for a long period. SOLUTION: This coffee maker is provided with an inner lid 6, which is linked with moving of a liquid surface with the variation of the liquid of coffee in a coffee vessel 5 and covers not smaller than 90% of the liquid surface and when a coffee liquid is warmed, a heater 3 operates with power being not more than 50% with that when the coffee liquid is brewed. |
