PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a space (clearance) between a pair of lateral heat seal rolls to be adjusted in a high precision manner as well as in an easy manner and further to enable a seal pressure to be accurately adjusted freely without producing any edge cut or defective seal in a die roll type automatic packaging machine. SOLUTION: A rotary supporting member 10 of a movable structure having one lateral heat seal roll fixed thereto can be pressed and moved by a working mechanism toward a rotary supporting member of a fixed structure having the other lateral heat seal roll fixed thereto and then a spacer 22A for adjusting a clearance between the right and left lateral heat seal rolls is placed between both rotary supporting members 10, 11. |
