PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a COD component, a chromaticity component and fine particles remaining in treated water obtained by biologically treating leachate from a landfill site. SOLUTION: A flocculant is added to treated water obtained by biologically treating leachate of a landfill site in a treatment apparatus 12 from a flocculant injection means 14 and this treated water is pressurized by a pressure pump and ozone from an ozone generator 20 is dissolved in this pressurized water. This treated water is released to the atmosphere and treated in a flotation separation tank 30 and sent to a UV oxidizing part 50 to be irradiated with ultraviolet rays. If necessary, the treated water from a series of the treatment processes is passed through a biological activated carbon treatment tower to be subjected to finish treatment.
