PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nourishing supplementary food having improving effects on obesity or proportion by antioxidizing actions or body fat reducing actions and beauty culture effects on improvement in skin roughening, dullness of the skin, etc., capable of preventing the oxidation of a food itself by formulation thereof in the food due to the antioxidizing actions possessed thereby and having high safety for human bodies without the necessity of formulating a synthetic antioxidant.
