<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce particulate and NOx in exhaust gas. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device is provided with an NO oxidation catalyst 13 disposed in an exhaust pipe 12 of a diesel engine 10, a particulate filter 14 disposed in the exhaust pipe 12 of a downstream side of exhaust gas, an injection nozzle 16 capable of injecting reducing agent 20 toward the NO oxidation catalyst 13, a reducing agent supplying means 19 for supplying the reducing agent 20 to the injection nozzle 16 through a regulating valve 18, a temperature sensor 24 for detecting the temperature of exhaust gas, and a controller 30 for supplying the reducing agent 20 to the injection nozzle 16 by opening the regulating valve 28 when the temperature of the exhaust gas within a prescribed range is detected by the temperature sensor. When pressure having prescribed pressure and less is detected by a pressure sensor 25 for detecting pressure in the exhaust pipe, and when NOx concentration of exhaust gas having prescribed concentration or more is detected by arranging an NOx sensor 26 for detecting NOx concentration of exhaust gas, the regulating value 18 may be opened by the controller 30.</p> |
