PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dropping toothbrush serving as a mouth case aid using cleaning water moistening the inside of a mouth for efficiently and effectively cleaning or massaging the teeth, gums, tongue, mucosae and the like of a cared person so as to reduce burden of a cared person and a nursing person in support of mouth care to the elder, the disabled, and the sick. SOLUTION: A circumference edge 41 of a water dropping capillary 4 introduced to the center of bundles 6 of bristles in a toothbrush 5 is brought into contact with the base parts of the bundles of bristles, and cleaning water fed from an opening part 42 permeates into bristle parts 62 through the base parts of the bundles of bristles so as to be fed to the whole of the bundles of bristles.
