PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a lid due to a compression load and prevent the adhesion of the lid to other lids, when the lids are packaged in a stacked state by forming the lid among a petri dish in a special shape. SOLUTION: This lid of the petri dish comprises a thin plastic sheet, and is obtained by forming a peripheral wall on a circular top plate, denting the top plate to coaxially form a circular rib having a constant width with the top plate, and further partially denting the outer side of the width portion to form a plurality of stacking bosses.
