PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tea drinks further suppressed in change with time in color of water due to browning. SOLUTION: This method for producing tea drinks prevented from browning comprises addition of trehalose. The 2nd objective tea drinks prevented from browning are obtained by the above method. The 3rd objective method for preventing tea drinks from getting brown comprises addition of trehalose.
