PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for receiving urine and dung usable when exercising a dog, not requiring digging a hole in the ground, hardly feeling nasty smell, when gathering the urine and the dung, and not requiring bringing them home and separating a plastic from the dung. SOLUTION: This tool comprises a plastic body (1), side shafts (2) for opening and closing, holes (3) of the body for allowing the two side shafts (2) to be inserted, a plastic ring (4) for allowing a string for holding the dog to penetrate the ring, levers (5) for operating the right and left side shafts (2) so as to be opened and closed, nozzles (6) for stopping the side shafts (2) so as not to be opened when the side shafts (2) are closed, plastic rings (7) for regulating the levers (5) not to be dislocated, a plastic cover (8) for hanging a waterproof sheet (9), and the waterproof sheet (9).
