PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sitting seat of a motorcycle capable of freely adjusting the position of a seat for a fellow passenger and the position of a lumbar support according to a driver's conformation of body and stature. SOLUTION: In this sitting seat of the motorcycle having a driver seat and a fellow passenger seat, the fellow passenger seat includes a fixed rail 7c formed by a long member having a substantially U-shaped section and provided with a slit formed on the outside of the car body, a sliding rail 7d formed by a long member having a substantially T-shaped section and adapted to slide along the fixed rail 7c, a plate 7e connected to the sliding rail 7d, and a seat part mounted on the plate 7e, and the fellow passenger seat is moved in the longitudinal direction of the car body by sliding the sliding rail 7b along the fixed rail 7c.
