THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in tear strength and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (D) a thermoplastic elastomer and (C) a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin which is prepared by polymerizing 8020 wt.% monomer component consisting of an aromatic vinyl monomer alone or together with another vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith in the presence of 20-80 wt.% rubbery polymer and has a graft ratio of 5-300% and an intrinsic viscosity [η] of an ungrafted component of 0.05-3.0 dl/g. In the composition, the average particle size of rubber particles dispersed therein is 0.06-2.00μm; the average thickness of the boundary section between (C) and (D) is 0.01-0.20μm; and ingredient D is a styrenic elastomer and/or 1,2-polybutadiene.
