PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated foam having a foam layer and a gas barrier resin layer, in which the gas barrier resin layer does not become extremely thin or is not destructed at the time of vacuum molding. SOLUTION: A laminated foam has as least one polyolefin foamed layer and a gas barrier resin layer and the gas barrier resin layer has a thickness of 10-200μm and a thickness distribution Tmax/Tmin of 1.0-1.2 within a range of at least 25 cm2. This laminated foam is preferably. formed by laminating a polyolefin foamed sheet having the polyolefin foamed layer and a gas barrier resin film having the gas barrier resin layer by thermal fusion.
