The invention relates to a mobile strength training apparatus for building and strengthening the body's muscular system by manually overcoming spring forces. Said apparatus is provided with a rope-type spring element that is secured with its one end in the apparatus and that has a handle element at its free end. Said rope-type spring element can be tensioned by means of a guide and deflection roll. The invention provides a training apparatus that allows building several main muscle groups by way of exercises. The main muscle groups include biceps, triceps, pectoralis major, the muscles of the legs, latissimus dorsi, the abdominal muscles and the shoulder muscles. |
