PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oscillator which is miniaturized, does not generate disorders in oscillation frequency, caused by a metallic cover that covers a mounted plane of electronic components and easily adjusts an oscillation frequency, even after the metallic cover has been installed by providing an eliminating part for frequency adjustment which is formed by partially eliminating a ground electrode in the form of a slot near the connecting part of a strip line and the ground electrode. SOLUTION: When the irradiation position of laser beams is shifted so that a through-hole 5 is surrounded into a U-shape, a ground electrodes 1A2 is successively melted according to heating force of the laser beams, accompanying the shift of the laser beams, and an eliminating part 7 in the form of a narrow slot is formed. The connection degree to the electrode 1A2 inside the part 7 changes as the length of the part 7 changes, through which an oscillation frequency changes. The oscillation frequency is measured by a measuring instrument, and when a required oscillation frequency is measured, the irradiation of laser beams is stopped. As a result, it is possible to acquire a voltage control oscillator that is adjusted to a required oscillation frequency. |
