PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load to a motor in a photograph transferring apparatus utilizing the motor. SOLUTION: In the photograph transferring apparatus comprising a motor 1, a coupling 2, a worm gear 3, a stationary base 19, guide pins 6, 7, a slide base 5, a worm nut 4, an arm base 8, arms 9, 9, 9, 9, a leaf spring 15, a cushion 16, a heater 17, an elastic element 18, and a pressure regulating switch 21 mounted at a stationary base 19, the slide base compresses the elastic element by clamping the nut, then the guide pin passes through the stationary base to push the switch at a leading end of the pin to deenergize the motor. Thus, a photograph is thermally press bonding transferred in the deenergized state of the motor.
