PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an attached service of an existing PBX, when a telephone set under a repeater performs a telephone call due to an IP, while a terminal address managing device and the repeater are provided on a LAN. SOLUTION: This terminal address managing device 101 can comprehend the state of a terminal 103 and offer appropriate attached service, in such a manner that a 1st repeater 102 analyzes a key string inputted from the terminal 103 and outputs a breath control request about the terminal 103 or a control request about the terminal to the device 101 according to the analysis results.
