technology of production of drink on base of citrus juice with pulp. SUBSTANCE: citrus fruits after extraction of bitter substances from flavedo by nonpolar liquefied gas are treated by jasmonic acid and aged. Then fruits are crushed by ultrasound in presence of peroxidase and blended with sugar syrup. EFFECT: increased stability of drink to microbial spoilage. 2 ex
