An invention can be used at repairing and renewing the engineering communications in trenchless laying thereof or replacement of the defective pipes lain in the ground. The purpose of an invention is to improve stability of the initial orientation of the percussion mechanism at its mounting in a pipeline to be replaced or in a well, as well as the purpose is to reduce working hours when laying a new pipeline or replacing pipelines. The essence of an invention illustrated by fig. 2 is characterised in that, at installation of a percussion mechanism in a replaced pipeline (1), the force centering the nozzle (6) with respect to the axis of the pipeline (1) is applied to a propulsion unit (8) and the forefront of a guiding nozzle (6) by help of a pulling mechanism (15) and a cable (13). In so doing, the vector of force F coincides with this axis and is directed towards a receiving pit (3). The said percussion mechanism consists of the guiding nozzle (6), an expander (7) and a propulsion unit (8) which is actuated by compressed air fed by an airline (9). The expander (7) is supplied with pins (10) to connect an inlet (4) to the said expander, while the sections of a new pipeline (5) are connected mutually and with the inlet (4) by means of a multistart thread connection (11). The guiding nozzle (6) is connected to the nose part of the expander (7) by means of a thread (12). On the front side of the propulsion unit (8) one end of the cable (13) is fixed, which is passed through a hole (14) in the forefront of the guiding nozzle (6). The free end of the cable (13) is connected to a pulling mechanism (15), transmitting the force into the pipeline (1) on the side of the receiving pit (3).
