PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light emitting device which saves the installation space and is capable of emitting lights in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A light emitting diode(LED) 20 is composed of an n-type semiconductor 21, a p-type semiconductor 22, an anode electrode 23 and a cathode electrode 24. A positive electrode active layer 31, a solid electrolyte layer 32 and a negative electrode active layer 33 are laminated on the anode electrode 23 of the LCD 20 to form a solid electrolyte cell 30. |
