PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional even harmonic-type self- excitation local oscillation mixer that the fluctuation of the oscillation frequencies of an oscillator is large, and that high phase noise is generated due to the deterioration of the Q value of a resonance circuit although miniaturization is easy. SOLUTION: A variable reactance element such as a variable capacitance diode whose capacity is changed according to bias voltage to be applied is installed so that the oscillation frequencies of a self-excitation local oscillation mixer can be controlled.
