PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system where only information whose disclosure is permitted under a prescribed condition can be open externally and the setting revision of terminals is minimized even when the configuration of networks is changed. SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting a packet from an internal network, the internal network transmits the packet, to which a header consisting of a packet sender address and a packet destination address or the like, information denoting a packet release available range and packet authentication information generated by encrypting the packet and the information denoting the packet release available range are added, to a post-stage network. In the case of receiving the packet sent from a pre-stage internal network, the packet authentication information and the packet disclosuable range information are extracted from the received packet, and the network receiving the packet decides whether the received packet is sent to a post-stage network furthermore or aborted. |
