PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noise current being generated by an excitation power supply, suppress heat generation of a permanent current switch for quickly carrying out superconducting transistion, and surely make transition to permanent current mode operation in a superconducting magnet device for performing permanent current mode operation. SOLUTION: An inductance (resistance) element 16 is inserted into a current lead 5, that is positioned between a branch point 5a of a superconducting coil group 1 being connected to an excitation power supply 8 in parallel in a cooling container 4 and a permanent current switch 2, and a current-introducing terminal part 9 of the cooling vessel 4, thus reducing the noise current, when excitation and switch to a permanent current mode operation are made. |
