摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic board which prevents compression bonding failure and improves dimen sional accuracy. SOLUTION: For compression bonding, a green sheet laminate is bound by outer and inner grooves 44, 45 and degassed through degassing grooves 47. This reduces the elongation and deformation of the green sheet laminate in compression-bonding and exhausting solvents contained in the green sheet laminate, even if the solvents are vaporized by heating during compression-bonding. Thus, it is possible to prevent the green sheets from peeling or swelling, thereby avoiding the compression bonding failure and improving the dimensional accuracy of the green sheet laminate. It suffices to form the outer and inner grooves 44, 45 and the degassing grooves 47 across the outer and inner grooves 44, 45 on a binding block 43, hence the manufacturing facilities are low in cost and manufacturing is facilitated, and the manufacturing man-hours can be reduced.
