PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that prevents unintended control change and behavior change of a vehicle following it even when detection accuracy of running route information decreases and does not give an incongruity sense to an occupant. SOLUTION: This control device of a vehicle controls each portion of the vehicle based on information related to a running route. The control device includes a control-state keeping means (step S7) for keeping a present control state when a control determining means (step S6) determines that each portion of the vehicle is controlled based on the detected information related to the detected running route and a detection accuracy determining means (step S2, S4) determines that detection accuracy of the information related to the running route decreases.
