PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an oscillator to which the adjustment of resonance frequencies is symplified, mass production is improved, basic waves and loss are sufficiently suppressed, and to provide radio equipment using this oscillator. SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit is constituted by providing a line 7 and a Gunn diode on a dielectric substrate 3, and the oscillation signal of an oscillator 41, which is a basic wave frequency signal, is injected through a DC bias line to the Gunn diode 6. Also, a dielectric strip 5 is arranged between upper and lower conductive boards 1 and 2 so that an NRD guide is constituted as a transmission line for an output, and the line 7 is connected with the NRD guide. Then, the cut-off frequencies of the NRD guide are decided so that the basic wave components of the oscillation signal are cut off, but the higher harmonic components propagate in the oscillation circuit.
