PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a disk recording device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an optical pickup 8 having an objective lens 10a, supported on a chassis 5 to be freely moved in the prescribed direction, a connecting member 35 having a middle part 37 positioned outside the outer edge of the chassis and the optical pickup attached to one end 38, and a magnetic head part 100 having a magnetic head 25, attached to the other end of the connecting member, disposed to face the opposite side of the optical pickup sandwiching the chassis, and having adjusting parts 27a, 27b, 30a and 30b for adjusting the position of attachment to the connecting member for aligning the magnetic head with the objective lens.
