PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make images correspond to each other with high precision. SOLUTION: A template deformation part 55 generates plural deformed templates by linear interpolation from a template inputted from a template setting part 53 and inputs them to matching arithmetic parts 54-1 to 54-n. The matching arithmetic parts 54-1 to 54-n perform template matching on an epipolar line by using an image of the epipolar line among reference images stored in image memories 52-1 to 52-n and the deformed templates. Selection parts 56-1 to 56-n determines the deformed template having the highest similarity according to the result of the template matching and regards the current coordinate values as parallax.
