PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that, since the outdoor machine of a conventional integral air cooled refrigerating device has a compressor and a liquid reservoir situated in the same chamber, a refrigerant is vaporized at the internal part of the liquid reservoir as a result of a room temperature being increased due to heat from the compressor, a liquid refrigerant at the internal part of the liquid reservoir forms a mixture of liquid and gas and the occurrence of a flash is confirmed and it is mistaken for insufficiency in a refrigerant, resulting in additional filling with a refrigerant, and the increase of a pressure is caused by wet vapor suction and filling of the liquid reservoir with liquid. SOLUTION: This outdoor machine comprises a first chamber in which a compressor 5 is situated; and a liquid reservoir 4 to gather a liquid refrigerant fed from the compressor 5 through a heat-exchanger 3. A second chamber partitioned from a first chamber by a partition panel 20 is provided.
