PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite mobile communication terminal that can enhance the user-friendliness of an on-vehicle hands-free system without the need for cable connection and for installation of an exclusive holder. SOLUTION: A voice path changeover section 9 selects a mobile phone speech by a portable wireless section 1, a mobile MODEM section 2 and a mobile voice processing section 3, or a PHS speech by a PHS wireless section 4, a PHS MODEM section 5, and a PHS voice processing section 6 or a hands-free speech. That is, the speech is switched by allowing the voice path changeover section 9 to connect a speaker 7 and a microphone 8 to the portable voice processing section 3 for the mobile phone speech, to connect the speaker 7 and the microphone 8 to the PHS voice processing section 6 for the PHS speech or to connect the mobile voice processing section 3 and the PHS voice processing section 6 with each other for the hand-free speech.
