PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NMR apparatus whose sensitivity is enhanced. SOLUTION: An external-magnetic-field action means 2 makes an external magnetic field B0 act on the spin of a magnetic nucleus in an object 8 to be measured. A white-noise action means 4 makes the spin of the magnetic nuclues in the object 8, to be measured, act so as to be differentiated by a white noise in a time-series manner. Thereby, the spin is deviated largely to the level of low enery. Theoretically, all spins can be lowered to a low level. Consequently, as compared with an apparatus in conventional cases, this NMR apparatus can obtain a sensitivity of about 106 times.
