PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of a new aging improvement material and a skin medicine for external application that is useful for improving aging by applying this sort of technique. SOLUTION: Sugars and protein existing in an organism are allowed to coexist, a substance to be inspected is allowed to coexist with an advanced glycation end product that is created by primary incubation at a temperature closer to that of the organism, further secondary incubation is made at a temperature close to the organism, the difference in fluorescence intensity before and after that is measured, and an aging improvement material is screened with the degree of decrease in fluorescence after the secondary incubation as an index.
