PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of automatically filling a bath with hot water which is made by improving a method of automatically filling a bath with hot water using a heat quantity calculation system more. SOLUTION: In a method of automatically filling a bath with hot water which is so arranged as to perform the filling it with hot water automatically up to the specified set quantity of water by performing a reheating once when the quantity of remaining water in a bathtub is sufficient to allow circulation for reheating and calculating the quantity of the remaining water from the total quantity of reheating heat added by this reheating, temperature rise and time, and subtracting this calculated quantity of remaining water from the set quantity of water so as to obtain the required reheating quantity and injecting this additional reheating quantity, the quantity of the remaining water is calculated by correcting it by the correction corresponding to the temperature of the remaining water measured at calculation of the quantity of the remaining water.
