PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic light emitting element having enough characteristics of light emitting efficiency and a long time, by the combination of the positive hole transfer light emitting layer and the electron transfer layer, since the availability of the material is limited for the construction of a positive injection electrode, a positive hole transfer layer, an organic light emitting layer, and a electron injection electrode, and many varieties are exist for the construction of a positive hole injection electrode, an organic light emitting layer, an electron transfer layer, and an electron injection electrode. SOLUTION: Ionization potential relation is specified between the organic light emitting layer consists of the positive hole transfer light emitting material, and the organic layer at contacting electron injecting electrode side.
