PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine autoanalyzer with a function capable of correctly taking out test paper even if a cassette is replaced halfway. SOLUTION: Test paper is orderly housed in a box with grooves formed in, for example, 20 rows and 20 stages. The bottom of the box is provided with a slit so that a test paper extruding arm can be moved. By lowering a cassette one stage by one stage or two stages by two stages by the test paper extruding arm with a test paper sensor for upper stages and a test paper sensor for lower stages and a motor to elevate and lower the cassette, calculating the location of the test papers by the reactions of the test paper sensors, and moving the arm to a location at which the arm is used last time, it is possible to move the arm to a target location. By extruding the test paper by the arm and testing it at the location and determining that the test paper is taken out when a sensor provided at an output opening is on, it is possible to take out the test paper accurately piece by piece.
