PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make speedily communicable with related persons by telephone without having an error of telephone number and without requiring much time and labor. SOLUTION: The name of related communication destination is stored for every managing block (building number, for example), in an information storage part 3-4 for every area. The telephone number is stored in a communication destination data base 3-5 corresponding to the name of the communication destination. When any arbitrary managing point is selected on the display screen of a central monitoring device 3, the name of the communication destination related to this selected managing point is read out of the information storage part 3-4 for every area, the telephone number corresponding to this read name of the communication destination is read out of the communication destination data base 3-5, and a communication destination list is prepared/displayed. A telephone call is automatically originated to the communication destination selected on the displayed communication destination list.
