PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform various operations such as to communicate with an external device and a network just after the power is supplied, and further to perform high functions, such as the automatic setting of a channel, the automatic reservation of a program, an environment setting function for time adjustment, etc., and an automatic updated function for firmware and an application, which can not be performed in conventional household electrical goods. SOLUTION: This basic output-input control processing which checks and initializes the state of each internal part of a device and the state of an external device connected to the device and controls an input and an output to/from the device, includes a communication protocol function that performs communication between the device and the external device and transmits and receives information, and an operation management function which controls the communication protocol function and also manages and operates the information fetched from the outside. |
