PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for manufacturing DNA chips and to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A large number of capillary tubes 4 to which a template oligonucleotide 2 is fixed (A) are prepared. One end sides of the capillary tubes 4 are two-dimensionally arranged and bundled, and a PCR reaction liquid 6 containing a biotin label primer is filled into the capillary tubes 4 (B) to synchronize a complementary oligonucleotide 8 labeled with biotin 7 (c). Then the PCR reaction liquid 6 is removed (D), and the template oligonucleotide 2 is dissociated from complementary oligonucleotide 8 (E). Then one faces of the capillary tubes 4 are brought into contact with a glass board surface 10 to which avidin 14 is fixed to move the complementary oligonucleotide 8 to a glass board surface 30 together with a dissociation liquid 12 and to fix the complementary oligonucleotide 8 to the glass board surface 30 by the selective bonding between the biotin 7 and avidin 14 (F). |
