PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform single and interlocked operation test of a protective relay as the target of test provided in the secondary circuit of a transformer for a meter, simply and besides in a short time, by plug insertion and changeover by switch. SOLUTION: A terminal device for test is made of the main body 16, which has terminals 16a-16d at the connection between the secondary circuit of a transformer for a meter (current transformer 4 for meter) and a protective relay (overcurrent relay 6) as the target of test, both ends of the contact 6' of the relay 6, and the input part of the contact signal of the interlocking of a tester 15, respectively, and whose terminals 16a-16d are provided with plug insertion ports 19 and one pair each of connector terminals 22a and 22b on body side, and a plug body 26 which has a plurality of plug rods 28 and has a plurality of terminals 31a and 31b on plug side being connected to each of a pair of connector terminals 22a and 22b on main body side in each insertion port 19, through each rod 28 and a switch for changeover between single operation and interlocked operation and is mounted freely of mounting and removal to the main body 16.
